Great Education for Great Country Development.

My fellow participants,

Dear friends,

I thank you all for giving me the chance to stand here awhile to deliver a short speech on Great Education for Great Country Development.

Worldwide growth has now reached the new economy era where a great number of transaction processes are digitalized. This is the fact which is continuously triggered by the globalization in business and culture, tighter business competition, higher demand on fast work speed, high pressures from surroundings  demanding on higher quality changes, more complicated problems on business, more intriguing cultures, politics, and economy than the past years. Those have caused an urgent need of a high quality of sustainable development on education for human resources, especially for the youngsters.

Globalization in business and culture positively gives opportunities for all nations to expand ways on getting information and marketing products and services. Everything now is knowledge-based while a culture hold a significantly influencing role of creating competitive advantage among other cultures worldwide.

Tighter creativity competition is affected by the globalization, where the fastest and the most creative and innovative people in getting accurate information and implementing a careful yet decisive action can surely get a lot more chances to win in this information age. Consequently, people are now  racing for being better educated and are more well-prepared for their own successful destination. 

The need on faster, smarter, more creative, more logical, and pressure-proof human resources makes people try their best to keep on learning and expanding their knowledge and skills. To do that, they must have good health, high intellectuality, and great personality.

First, a healthy person is the one who has a healthy mind, consumes healthy food and drinks, and does not consume cigarettes, drugs, and alcoholic drinks. Healthy people can be well educated  and they could do their chores much better than the one who doesn’t

Second, highly intellectual person is now not just as a straight A graded student , but also as a creative, fast thinking, logical, skilled and professional person. In fact, there are still not a very great number of those A – graded students have those intellectual  entities.

Third, great personality doesn’t mean that the person should be the gold-hearted one, but it means that the person must have excellent self control, is not selfish, diligent, and is  consistent to his or her commitment and jobs.

To have people with such great requirements, the support from the government, environment and ,more importantly, great education from family and school are considerably needed.

Family, school, and environment should teach youngsters how to behave in a positive manner, to comprehend educational materials, implement practices, control emotion, and be positively critical and creative. Such values are very important and greatly influence youngsters in the way they act, think, and understand the challenge they have up ahead on their future to develop their beloved country. If they receive a good education and experience from such elements, they will absolutely be ready to face the hardship of developing their beloved country and to bring their nation to a much brighter condition.

In accordance with a research, youngsters are easily distracted and interested in doing juvenile delinquency which is triggered by families and schools that are in most cases are lacking in creating effective and warm communication, giving direct and concrete example of good behavior and ethics, practicing religious upbringing, and uplifting young people to be creative. Preventing young people from committing delinquency is not an easy task; however, this can be well done by a strong will from all interrelated parties to avoid negative influences through warm and friendly communication, direct practice of good culture, wise parental control, active action from the government, intense awareness of outer environment, and excellent self control.

Based on what I have described, it should be seriously emphasized that excellent education with all its contents, especially for young generation, is the utmost point of consideration for the worldwide nation building.
